Order processing

Once your order has been placed, our team begins preparing it for shipment.

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).

During peak periods, promotions, or seasonal demand, processing times may be slightly longer.

Once your order has been processed and dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.

Typical delivery estimates are:

United States: 5–10 business days
Canada: 6–12 business days
Australia & New Zealand: 5 –10 business days
United Kingdom: 5–10 business days
Europe: 5–10 business days
Rest of world: 7–15 business days

Shipping delays

Tracking your order

Multiple shipments

Customs, duties and taxes

Incorrect address
