Refund policy

Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • unused and in the same condition that you received it

  • in its original packaging

  • accompanied by proof of purchase

If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your item. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return may not be accepted.

Unless the item is faulty or incorrect, customers may be responsible for return shipping costs.


Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if:

  • the item is defective

  • the item is damaged

  • you receive the wrong product

We will review the issue and work to resolve it as quickly as possible. Depending on the situation, we may offer a replacement, refund or store credit.


Non-returnable items

Some types of products cannot be returned, including:

  • perishable goods such as food, plants or flowers

  • custom or personalised items

  • personal care goods that have been opened or used

  • hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases

If you have questions about whether your item is eligible for return, please contact us before sending it back.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges

The fastest way to receive a different item is to return the original item and place a new order once the return has been accepted.


European Union 14-day cooling-off period

If your order is delivered within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason.

To qualify, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.
